I canceled an order within minutes of submitting and expected to get a response, but received none. Two weeks later the Cancled part arrived. I have made numerous attempts to contact kabuki-motors.jp thru their website and via the email address listed on their website. I have still not received a response and forced to dispute the charge thru my credit card company.
Absolutely first class service from Kabuki Motors regarding my recent purchase of this hard to find part for a 35 year old Honda Lawn Tractor.
After searching for the part locally (in the UK) and finding none available, my options seemed to be either order from the USA or Japan, in the end the best price that I found, by far, was with Kabuki, and in working my way through the ordering process I was also pleasantly surprised to find that price included shipping to the UK as well. I placed my order, received regular updates and it arrived with me within a week via Fed-Ex.
Being a genuine Honda part fitement was perfect, and to have parts available for such an old machine available so readily is staggering! From discovering the failed clutch to ordering the part, receiving it, having a weekend free to fit it and putting ithe tractor back into use was a total of 10 days.
