I’m very disappointed to learn that my order #1270 for the Mazda CX-5 diesel exhaust pressure sensor was returned to the seller, Kabuki Motor, without even leaving Japan. I was really counting on this part, and it’s frustrating that it didn’t even make it out of the country. I need the issue be clarified and resolved quickly.

I canceled an order within minutes of submitting and expected to get a response, but received none. Two weeks later the Cancled part arrived. I have made numerous attempts to contact kabuki-motors.jp thru their website and via the email address listed on their website. I have still not received a response and forced to dispute the charge thru my credit card company.
